Your order will usually ship within 24 to 48 hours after it is placed on our website, depending on volume and time of submission, except on Saturday, Sunday and holidays. In specific circumstances, if your order does not ship within two business days, a Customer Service representative will notify you via email and/or phone explaining the delay.
We offer the following expedited shipping options – 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Please note that orders requesting these options will be shipped on the following business day. There are no expedited deliveries made on Saturdays. Rates will be communicated via email as stated above.
International orders will be sent via Canada Post. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes upon delivery.
TYLOAKS does not guarantee delivery service 14 days before holidays; therefore, if your package does not arrive on time, TYLOAKS is not responsible and cannot be held liable. Request for refunds will not be honored.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Security
You may cancel or change your order online and have it credited to your account anytime before the order is processed for shipping, for best results please email your cancelation within 24 hours. Please note that it may take a few days before the refund posts to your account.

Return Procedure Please include your Name and Address as provided when the purchase was made. All returns are at the cost of the customer and MUST be sent with a tracking number to ensure verification of delivery with our return processing facility. Purchase of a tracking number ensures proof of delivery in order to process your refund within a timely manner. *Please ensure you do keep a record of the tracking information
Refund Process Please allow at least 7-14 business days within North America or 30-45 business days internationally for your package to be received at our return facility. Once we have confirmation of the returned product, a full refund will be issued back to the credit card made on the original purchase within 30 business days.
